Location is good. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Charging for use of safe is being petty. Internet $20 / day , whilst most other hotels are free. Rooms looking very tired and difficult to adjust correct hot water temp in shower.

The hotel's location was central, on the extreme edges of the notes. The room was functional and brand-new, we had an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware.

Stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was newly remodelled and perfectly clean, had beautiful views, excellent location in the mountain for a number of weeks. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the reception desk, had a very nice attitude. The property was conveniently situated approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Patpong Main Road. The authentic restaurant especially for Japanese and Thai food and the poolside bar.

The hotel was recently renovated and had professional staff at the reception desk. The authentic restaurant had delicious dinner options. The decor was very pretty. The hotel's location was ideal, close to Sam Yan station and a gym, as well as being near to everything.

This grand old hotel was excellent to stay at. It is well maintained and felt like we had gone back in time 50 years, but with all the mod cons of today. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service in the cafe was excellent. Our room was upgrade for free and was enormous.
There is a small "travel desk" stationed at the entrance. This is manned by a driver who is more persistant than a Khao San Rd tuk tuk driver. Armed with a brochure for luxury goods stores that he is clearly getting a kick back from, the driver will try to push you into taking you to these for around 5 times what a metered taxi would cost. When he found out that we were leaving that day he then tried to persuade us into an airport transfer for 1500 baht, when we knew fully well a metered taxi would cost around 300 baht. Even one of the doorman there whispered to us we were right to opt for a taxi. This is the kind of nonsense one expects tuk tuk drivers and not at the entrance of a 5 star hotel.

Great location once you get past the (expected) sleaze and markets. Nice friendly staff. Late (3pm) check out with no extra charge.
Had to bargain for King bed the next time there.
